Man charged 'in possession' of a quantity of tablets
A MAN has been charged for allegedly carrying a quantity of illegal drugs.
On Saturday, May 20 at 9:55pm, a 35-year-old male was arrested at a Tesco Extra in Ayr, after it is claimed he was unfit to drive due to drugs.
The Ayr Advertiser Series understands that the man had a quantity of tablets on him.
But he was released and reported pending a blood analysis.
As we went to press, there were no updates on this situation.
