The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is ideal for challenging young people to be more active, personally and in their community through volunteering.

“The number of people signing up to take part in South Ayrshire is impressive, with more than 250 people recognised this year at the annual ceremony in Ayr.

“The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award helps young people believe in themselves and develop useful skills, while also helping them stand out when the time comes to apply for college, university or jobs.”
