THREE heroic South Ayrshire youngsters were honoured by the fire brigade this week for their decisive actions and cool heads which helped save the lives of their loved ones.
Emma Catterton, from Tarbolton, Carys Calder, from Troon, and Lynsay Cumming, from Ayr, were all honoured by Strathclyde Fire and Rescue (SFR) Chief Officer Brian Sweeney last Monday, January 16, at a Long Service and Good Conduct ceremony held at SFR's Hamilton headquarters.
