Marr College building given go-ahead

TROON Thistle were given the go-ahead last week to install a temporary container on the Marr College playing fields for three years.
The intended siting on the playing fields only brought one objection from a resident who said he can see the vivid blue container from his home, and felt it had a ‘detrimental impact’ on the look of the area.
