POLICE uplifted a man’s car last week as it was claimed he was driving without insurance.
Officers were patrolling the area at Somerset Road at around 11am on Wednesday, May 1 when they came across the vehicle.
The 35-year-old driver was apprehended and police checks were carried out .
The man was reported to the Procurator Fiscal over the matter.
