Ayr Figure Skating Club has been awarded a cool £1,000.
The donation to Ayr Figure Skating Club has assisted in purchasing a much-needed harness to help skaters when developing their jumping skills, and when mastering the correct rotations that are needed for competition level.
The money was donated by The Pavers Foundation after store manager at the Glasgow St Enoch branch Lee Callaghan applied for a grant on behalf of the Ayr-based club.
Thanking them for their donation, Ayr Figure Skating Club president Mandy Simpson said: “The harness will be a great benefit to all our skaters for years to come.”
