Sunday service trains from Ayr to Glasgow Central off due to track repairs
THE installation of new tracks between Paisley and Kilwinning will mean no trains will travel from Ayrshire to Glasgow on ANY Sunday during February.
Network Rail will carry out the works until at least March 10 with all services from Ardrossan, Largs and Ayr affected.
Starting this Sunday, buses will replace services between Paisley and Kilwinning with additional direct buses being put on by Scotrail for services to Largs and Ardrossan Harbour.
Journey times will be increased and replacement buses may arrive/depart earlier or later than advertised train times.
