GIRVAN Primary School made a special video last week to honour the Christmas truce through the theme of football.
The school got on board with a project called One World Football which was created to mark the centenary of the First World War.
It involved different areas of the local community kicking a football, designed as a map of the world, to each other. Schoolchildren and teachers got involved where the ball starts of in Girvan Primary.
It then makes its way to emergency services. The ball even finds its way into a care home and the RNLI station before returning to the school.
