Troon Coastal Rowing Club take part in festival
TROON Coastal Rowing Club entered two skiffs in the Dumbarton Castle to Finneston Crane race (13miles) to celebrate The Clyde Built Festival alongwith 75 other rowing craft, of which 61 were St Ayles skiffs.
Ailsa Lass was entered in the men’s 50+ category and came in third place ina time of 1.58.03. Marr Voyager was entered into the mixed 50+ category and finished third with 2.12.49.Ailsa Lass was 4th and Marr Voyager 9th.
