CREAM teas proved popular at a recent community event, writes Stewart McConnell.
St Meddan’s Church hosted a Cream Tea Afternoon, which was organised by the Special Projects Committee.
More than 100 people attended the event and they enjoyed scones with cream and jam, washed down with a cup of tea.
The special fundraiser helped bring in £238.20 for Alzheimers Scotland, who offer help and support for dementia. Thanks go to everyone who attended.
