ALL roads will lead to Barassie’s North Shore for a popular community event which attracts people from throughout Troon and Ayrshire and helps light up the dark evenings.

Saturday, November 3 is the date for the annual Troon Round Table Fireworks Display.

The event is one of the most important of the year for Troon Round Table, who also help deliver festive cheer at Christmas time by organising their Santa float, which sees them drop in to see families across the community, give out small gifts and receive donations which will help support local projects.

Hillhouse Quarry Group have once again generously agreed to sponsor the fireworks event, which gets underway with the funfair, scheduled to run from 4pm until 9.30pm.

The fireworks display is at 7.30pm and is always very much worth waiting for.

Round Table organisers are very grateful to Hillhouse as, without this funding, the event would simply not be possible.

They have also had support this year from Lido and Scotts and are delighted to have local business support.

Another proud supporter of the fireworks are Finesse Marquees, who provide them with much-needed shelter and meeting points within the Funfair area.

On the night, they rely heavily on the support for the local community and visitors from surrounding areas and so as much as they don’t charge to attend the display the donations received are essential and we ask all to give generously (a suggested donation of £5 per family would be fantastic).

They are always looking for help on the night to help collect donations and anyone willing to donate a few hours please contact at troonroundtable@gmail.com.
