GERMAN visitors were recently hosted at a special gathering organised by a South Ayrshire group.
A group from Prestwick’s twin town in Bavaria visited the South Ayrshire town, visiting the McCallum bagpipe factory, the Air Show and Mount Stewart House in Bute.
The Prestwick Town Twinning Association has been running for 45 years and is always happy to see new members. It is twinned with Italy, Germany and Vandalia in the USA.
The first meeting of the new session will be held in the Red Lion Hotel, Prestwick on Wednesday, October 10, at 7.30pm.
