Poetry winners: Newton primary event backed by housing group
FOR a third year, Ayrshire Housing has supported Newton Primary School’s annual Scottish poetry competition.
Housing Officer Michelle Reid presented the awards and book tokens at the School’s end of session prize giving on June 25.
Rhonda Leith, Ayrshire Housing’s Chair, said: “We work with lots of schools. We have though a special relationship with Newton Primary the closest school to our office and beside our much praised Cross Gait development.”
