Man ‘tried to abduct child’ on Ayr Beach
POLICE were called amid reports of a man ‘trying to take a child’ from Ayr Beach.
At around 4pm on Wednesday, July 4, officers attended Ayr Beach after reports of a man ‘acting suspiciously’.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland, said: “We can confirm that police were called to a report of a man acting suspiciously in the Ayr beach area.
“Officers attended and enquires are ongoing to establish full circumstances of the incidents.”
