STAFF and pupils from St. Ninian’s Primary School in Prestwick took part in their very own RaceForLife in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Pupils from primary one to primary seven were joined with their teachers to run along Prestwick’s Promenade to raise money for the charity on Friday, May 18 and wore tributes to who they were running for.
A spokeswoman for St Ninian’s Primary School said that the children had “an absolute ball” and enjoyed the day.
The total amount that was raised from their RaceForLife event was over £1000.
Our photograph, Ken McKissock, was there on hand to capture the day.
