AN INITIATIVE to help local businesses progress been has been relaunched by South Ayrshire Council.
The AMBITION programme supports job creation in South Ayrshire. It’s for anyone with the ambition to employ, be employed or become self-employed, and is for every type of business.
It was relaunched in April 2018 and is already helping members of the community become successful. Their aim is to grow, achieve, employ and invest in individual projects as well as assist town centres and social enterprises.
There have already been some success stories in Girvan and South Carrick including Austins Restaurant, Girvan, Ailsa Wood Products, Old Dailly and Only Food and Sauces, Girvan.
With the help of the AMBITION programme these businesses have been able to grow economically.
