AN Elderly man, from Ayr, who lives with dementia is missing.
Tom Main, 83, from Hilary Crescent, was last seen around 11.30am this morning, Tuesday, March 20 in Castle Hill Road, heading in the direction of the town centre.
He is described as 5 ft 9 inches in height, with a slim build, wearing burgundy cap and burgundy trousers with a dark navy heavy jacket with corduroy on the neck and sleeve areas.
Tom has been known to visit various areas including, the Harbour, Newton on Ayr, Bellisle and Rozelle Park areas.
Police Scotland are looking for the assistance of the public in trying to locate the 83-year-old man.
Extensive enquiries are underway to locate Tom and if anyone has seen him or has any information or knowledge as to his whereabouts please contact officers at Ayr Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 1267.
