Enterkine House won the Best Hotel Chef Award at the Prestige Hotel Awards.
The awards took place at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow with stiff competition from the best in the business.
To achieve an award, Enterkine's Paul Moffat, was prepared to undergo numerous research visits, show great confidence in their product and a desire to become ever better.
Colin Caird, General Manager, said: "We are delighted to announce that we have one this award.
Following on from the five awards we won at the Scottish Hotel of the year awards I was delighted when we managed to walk away with this one.
"We were up against the very best in the business and we are really delighted at our achievement. It shows how dedicated Paul Moffat (Head Chef) and all the staff are at Enterkine and I thank each and everyone of you. "After a very busy 2017 we were delighted to end it on such a high winning these awards. We are now looking forward to a very successful 2018.”
