SOME of the top drinks in the UK will be showcased at an event which will help boost a South Ayrshire charity.

JJ Event Bars are delighted to be launching and hosting West Coast Fest on Saturday, April 14.

Their vision is to create a vibrant festival style event to highlight the very best of drinks from Scotland and Northern

Ireland and it will support fundraising at Hansel in Ayrshire.

The venue is Troon Concert Hall, which overlooks the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig.

The building was built on a site gifted by Sir Alexander Walker, grandson of the whisky magnate

Johnny Walker therefore organisers thought it seemed fitting to host West Coast Fest in this historical venue.
