A MAN ended up in court for flashing his private parts to walkers along Ayr High Street.
Kenneth Stevenson, of High Street, Ayr, admitted carrying out the act in the presence of a couple on two separate occasions in November last year, where he stood at his window and performed a sex act.
The 62-year-old appeared from custody at Ayr Sheriff Court last week.
Procurator Fiscal, Jason Bell, explained: “The complainers are a married couple who regularly go there with their granddaughter.
“On November 18, the male complainer looked up at a top window and noted the accused had the window open, with his trousers at his ankles.
"On November 26, the female complainer was with her granddaughter, again, looking up at the window and saw the accused.”
Stevenson, who is on the sex offenders’ register, also pleaded guilty failing to attend the annual registration. Sentence was deferred for reports.
