A WOMAN has been caught for allegedly stealing more than £400 worth of clothing and accessories from Ayr’s M&S.
It is claimed between 2.25pm and 2.35pm on Saturday, January 13 the 50-year-old entered the store, on the High Street, removed items from the display, put them in her bag and left without paying for them.
The Ayr Advertiser Series understand the woman was traced by town centre officers where the property was recovered.
The woman was arrested and released on undertaking. She is expected to appear in court at a later date.
