THE BOSS of Girvan’s Thomas Cook has been awarded Manager of the Year.
Lorna McColm has been awarded the title for second time after achieving the status in 2015.
The result is given based on performance for the year, contribution to the company and customer satisfaction reports.
Speaking about her success Lorna said: “I have now worked in travel for 36 years and my team consists of four travel sales consultants: Paris Mooney (trainee), Corrie Fyfe, Nichola Haywood and Alison Baird.
“Alison and Nichola have worked the longest with me and deliver high levels of customer service.
“We aim to put our customers at the heart of everything we do and strive to deliver this.
“We are very grateful to all our customers for their loyalty over the years.”
