A MAN is being charged with murder after an alleged attack in North West London dating back six years.
Neil Boyle, whose known residence is Ailsa Hospital in Ayr, appeared at the Old Bailey through prison video link today (Tuesday, November 7).
It is claimed that the 45-year-old attacked Arshad Ali at St Mungo’s Hostel for homeless people in Camden in 2009.
Mr Ali died six years later on June 19, 2015 as a result of the injuries he sustained at the shelter.
Boyle was remanded in custody ahead of a plea and trail preparation hearing date on Friday, December 1.
