SALLY'S Mini Market in Girvan was targeted by a baking addict who made off with several homemade goods.
The property, which sits on Piedmont Road, was broken into at 5.40am on Friday, February 17 when a man broke into the storage area and nicked a two figure sum worth of home baking.
Items stolen included crumpets, eclairs, strawberry tarts, banoffee pie, empire biscuits and a trifle.
Police say they are following a positive line of enquiry and are reviewing cctv footage which reveals a man in the store at that time.
He has been described as wearing a dark grew adidas hoodie, dark clothing, is about 5'8, white European and is of slim built.
Officers are appealing for anyone with any information to get in touch via the non emergency number on 101.
