THERE were three road traffic collisions in South Ayrshire in just six days.
A man suffered minor chest injuries after his car left the road and overturned in a ditch on the B7045 at Minishant at 10.23am on Tuesday, January 24.
Another car left the road through a hedge at Linfern Road at Dailly at 2.56pm the next day. The driver and female passenger did not suffer any injuries, but were badly shaken.
At 6.34am on Monday, January 30 on the B743 at Mossblown a car left the road and rolled over into a field adjacent to Auchincruive Estate.
One female driver had been taken to Ayr Hospital by ambulance for a precautionary check. As we went to press there were no updates on the situation.
Station Manager Derek Davidson said: “As a service we have attended individual road traffic collisions on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday over the past week.
“The locations have been in and around Minishant, Dailly, Mossblown, Mauchline and south of Stranraer which are all areas with rural roads. Fortunately any injuries suffered by drivers or their passengers have all been of a relatively minor nature.”
