SOUTH AYRSHIRE REMEMBERS

LOCAL DIGNITARIES and representatives of the British Royal Legion joined servicemen past and present to remember the war dead in moving ceremonies around South Ayrshire last week.

Remembrance services took place at Troon, Girvan, Maybole and Prestwick, culminating in the main parade in Ayr which was attended by representatives of serving regiments.
