Street wise - neighbours star on TV quiz

A GRAND performance earned a cash prize of that amount for a team of neighbours from Prestwick on national TV.
Captained by Prestwick Academy science technician Kenny McNair, the happy half-dozen won £1,000 on the STV game-show Postcode Challenge after being the latest South Ayrshire contestants on the popular programme.
They live in the KA9 2JJ area and were competing against teams from Fife, Aberdeen and Rothesay in the quick-fire general knowledge quiz hosted by Carol Smillie.
His team included wife Jackie, a Forehill Primary teacher, care worker Robin McKay, estate agent worker Debbie McKay, shop manager Nula Trevorrow and business manager Chris Gordon.
